Scrambled Eggs

­ Crack 2 eggs per person into a mixing bowl and beat with a fork, or an electric whisk, until fluffy.
­ Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and add the whisked eggs.
­ Continually stir the eggs in the pan (with a wooden spoon) until they become the consistency that you like (experiment with different cooking times depending on whether you like them soft and runny or firmer). The longer you cook them the firmer they will get.
