Many people think that, to be on a diet, you need to be depriving yourself in some way of volume of food - calories. I do not subscribe to this point of view.

If you needed to drive your car on a journey of 300 miles, you wouldn't think of only putting in enough fuel to get it 150 miles!! Yet, that's exactly what you do when you starve your bodies of the calories it needs to get it through the day. All you will do is end up hungry and craving food. This is the start of a viscious circle that you need to get out of.

Here's a samlple of the type of food that you can eat when you follow my eating plan. I engourage everybody to eat enough so that they are never hungry. The important thing to note is that you eat the RIGHT food. If you eat the right food, in the right way, you will not have to restrict the quantiy you eat. You will not feel hungry and you will lose weight. The healthy way.
