Welcome to this Healthy Diet

You have probably tried all the diets under the sun, including starvation, in your attempt to be slim.

You have almost certainly lost pounds over time and put pounds back on. You probably don't even enjoy eating and yet you don't seem able to stop. You feel out of control with food.

You may even have considered life-threatening surgery to remove fat or to stop yourself eating. More than anything in the world you want to lose weight and reach and maintain your goal weight. So why, why, Why do you overeat? When all you want is to be slim.

Many of my clients have come to me with similar experiences and questions and they have found that my plan has worked for them where others have failed.

I will share some of my experiences, thoughts and plans here with you. Hopefully they will strike a chord with you and challenge you to try something different. Something that works. short term and long term.
