Full English Breakfast
This low/zero carbohydrate meal ensures that barely any insulin is produced so, if insulin isn't there, then the fat can't be stored.Choose from:
Grilled or fried bacon (avoid smoked bacon ). Bacon can be fried in butter or olive oil.
Eggs as you like them (provided of course that you are tolerant to eggs) - scrambled, fried (in butter), poached etc.
Steak or any other pure meat if you fancy it.
A few mushrooms and tomatoes fried in butter ( only a couple of tomatoes as they are carbohydrates).
Avoid:
Sausages as they are almost always packed with other ingredients.
All carbohydrates other than tomatoes or mushrooms.
All sauces e.g. tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sauce etc. - as these are all laden with sugar and often other refined carbohydrates too.
